Hi all is it possible to add a generator to the energy dashboard

Not in a nice way I don't think so

You could try using alternative cards and build your own, those tend to have more custom options

You could try and add it as an additional grid consumption sensor. That way it will show up as a separate section in the stacked bars in the Energy usage chart, plus it will get a separate entry in the Sources chart. If you add a cost to this source, the Source chart will even give you the cost for that usage.

i.e. you add it just like when you have multiple tariff sensors. The label 'Grid' may not strictly match your energy source, but it's all energy fed into your home, isn't it?

Or you can add it as a 'solar panel', but if you do that you can not add a cost to it.
