Elaborate on the title, I’m trying to make those super realistic 3d floorplans, but i thought scanning would be working smarter as opposed to a tape measure. Unfortunately I’ve hit a roadblock, 99% of the apps I’ve found need LiDAR to work well, the 1% use AR but it’s really poorly made. Any help is greatly appreciated!

That level of LIDAR is probably over the top expensive. For me, I just got the laser measuring device and took a day and did everything. I redid it from before lasers and I did it with a tape measure, and really the laser was 10x faster and it wasn't hard to then plug that into a program to draw a pretty realistic version of my home.
