i have 2 iphones - both have granted location permission always. one is HA owner, the other is an HA user. The owner's phone works fine - HA always reports the phone's location accurately and in pretty much real time. The other phone's location (in HA only) is stuck on a location from weeks ago and is miles away from anywhere. The phone's location isn't the problem though. the find my app and google maps accurately report the phone's location. How can i reset this 2nd phone. I've already tried deleting the integration and the app on the phone... nothing seems to keep it in sync with HA. Appreciate any suggestions...

i am having the same issue however my owner HA is an android which works perfectly however my wife's iphone has been showing the location at home nomatter where she goes.
i have tried cloud3 V3 can't login anymore through there i even tried apples icloud the app-specific password wont work.
not sure where to go from here
I’ve resorted to putting geofences everywhere significant.
i think i resolved - geo fences would still require HA to see location changes - HA was never getting any location changes. I deleted the affected user from the mobile app integration in HA, then deleted the mobile app from affected user's iphone. restarted HA, added mobile app back to affected user's iphone. ensured options on the iphone were set correctly (always allow location updates) and it started working again.
