I am having a lot of trouble flashing a sonoff zigbee 3 e dongle with the multipan firmware. I have tried the web app, and I have tried the silabs flasher built into HA, but all I get are errors.

Attached is a log from the web flasher, and a log from the flasher built into HA. Can someone please help me!?!? All the youotube videos are just "click the button" and thats not working for me. I have tried 2 windows boxes, 2 linux boxes, and the HA flasher. I even bought an SLZB07, and I still cnt get it to work, so I must be doing something wrong.

Does anyone have a device with multi pan already flashed for sale? I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't figure this out, and I don't seem to be getting any answers in the 4 places I have asked for help... So, shortcut. Buy a device.
