This was working fine up until yesterday. I updated HA to see if it fixed but has not. from my computer fqdn works fine.
I am behind Traefik reverse proxy, HA is on its own device, traefik just routes to it.
the App and browser only load the HA logo and thats it. never loads into the server. If I add /lovelace/0 nothing changes.

Yeah I set 2 different domain names and published my internal ip on public dns so it would work
