I am looking for a single room humidifer that is well integrated with HomeAssistant that connects over WiFi or zigbee (or even Bluetooth).

What is "well integrated" for you? You can find smart devices and often they are overpriced and underwhelming in terms of what all cool stuff you can do with them. For me, I have several humidifiers around that range from kind of smart-ish to downright dumb as a rock that I've made smart as a whip by being creative with how I integrate them.

For instance, in my grow tent I have a downright stupid humidifier with a TACTILE DIAL (this is important) that I hook up to a smart plug. Through that smart plug and a humidity sensor I know when to turn it on and off, I can also know by how long it's run if it's getting empty and needs more water.

I also have a slightly smarter one that has a remote control, I taught the remote to my RM Mini and, again, with humidity sensors, know when to turn it on and off.

All of this is to say that don't pigeonhole yourself into "smart tech" that sucks when you can get something much cheaper and probably higher quality by just using other smart devices.

Again, it depends on what "well integrated" means to you.

There are some semi decent smart humidifiers on the market that are popular but when I looked at price the dumber option just made more sense to me
