Help how do i connect this door lock im just about ready to buy a different one or go with zigbee.
ive added the device done exclusion and readd and still get the same thing i even took the lock off my door and put it an inch from the USB and still nothing using HA on a VM with UNraid Z-stick Gen5+

I think locks can only be controlled if it is added securely but not positive

I can't say for certain. Logs from the inclusion process would probably help see if anything is going wrong
