Pretty good air quality sensor: https://www.adafruit.com/product/4632
sorry maybe i should rephrase: that i can add into HA without making things complicated
https://apolloautomation.com/products/air-1 our AIR-1 is popular among home assistant users - it's pretty pricey but provides a lot of useful data. a true ndir co2 sensor (scd40) can be added on for very accurate co2 measurements as well
Description We recently updated the AIR-1 case to improve particulate matter (PM) isolation and better align with manufacturing specifications. The new case design eliminates the need for screws or mesh, which had been causing delays in sensor production. The lid now features a snap-fit design, making it much easier to
thats what i had to mind just didnt know what else was out there
Looks good
I use this .. works great. Well made easy to assemble kit .

Open-source / open-hardware low cost indoor air quality monitor measuring CO2, PM, TVOCs, NOX, Humidity and Temperature.
did you buy the kit to make it cheaper?
Yes .. just plug in modules ... no soldering
thats worth it then. does that mean you can replace the sensors when they fail after year(s)? i know the air quality sensors dont last forever
is that different than whatever comes stock? why use that
