The RaspBee 2 module on my pi doesnt connect to ZHA and i dont know what to do

At the moment the Problem is that my RaspBee 2 wont connect to the ZHA integration

hardware and software doenst work either

i also tried /dev/ttyAMA0 - ttyAMA0 but this didnt work aswell

Set the baud rate to 38400
