Hello, ordered a new usbthingy [ SONOFF ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus, EFR32MG21 ] for zigbee2mqtt. I have a superold one running somewhat OK...but I guess an upgrade is fun. However, what I dont get is that firmware it comes with is: Zigbee-Coordinator firmware 6.10.3, but on zigbee2mqtt ( https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/ZBDongle-E.html ) there is a guide to make somekinda router out of it; would that work better ?

Zigbee2MQTT is nothing to flash to the coordinator. That documentation describes, how to flash it to be usable with Zigbee2MQTT and up to date .

If the Z2M docs suggest a certain firmware, I would use the recommended one.

Use 115200 baud, 230400 is nonstandard and would make it incompatible with any flashing tool that doesn't expose this as a setting
