I posted this to the companion app channel but this looks like a cloud issue
I have a full nabu casa account paid through April. In the past few days I can no longer connect remotely in the app. Error is an SSL error. See attached. App logs are posted in the companion app channel. (will report here if preferred)
I am using a custom domain name. NC dashboard appears ok.
So far I have restarted the HA host;
- toggled Remote Access in the HA setting
- clicked Reset cloud data.
- I also force stopped the app and restarted iOS.
The HA cloud page Remote Access shows "Not connected. Trying to reconnect" but the Nabu Casa Account box says "Connected".
