I have a full nabu casa account paid through April. In the past week or so I can no longer connect remotely in the app. Error is an SSL error. See attached.
FWIW, I have three other instances running with their own NC accounts and they work fine in the app.
I am using a custom domain name. NC dashboard appears ok.
I did toggle Remote Access in the HA setting and clicked Reset cloud data.
I also force stopped the app and restarted iOS.

Sorry, NC dashboard says not connected.
But HA status says connected.
If there’s any contradiction there with the website showing not connected and your instance shows connected, reboot your system and then check the website again
A reboot of the host system is made in the advanced options of the ha restart menu
Thanks. I did a full host restart. HA now says Remote access is enabled but "Not connected. Trying to reconnect". The Nabu Casa Account box says "cloud connection status: connected".
