I found out I couldn't connect anymore to home assistant, even rebooting (pulling the power out and then plugging it back into the pi) didn't work.
I checked for a FS but I can only find the boot partition and a "unknown" partition.
Any clues?

You need to use a tool that can understand linux file systems. EXT4 specifically.

Thanks for the tip!
Found out in the cli that the network interfaces had been disabled... (not sure how this could have happened)
configured it again and its up and running now. 🙂
