Motion Activation

I am used the template for motion light activation to turn on my porch light when my doorbell camera detects motion. But I am having an issue where the doorbell camera triggers the motion event all the time. The porch light never really turns off. I wish I could have a when motion is detected for x amount of time it will turn on the light. I tried to write an automation myself. And it works meh ok but just adding this to the existing would be awesome!!

What is in the field of view of the camera? A tree that blows in the wind would trigger it constantly except on very calm days. Or a street with passing cars or pedestrians.
