As announced here #announcements message we've identified a faulty component with the ZBT-1 devices and we're working on a replacement program for those of you who own one.
It's important to note that this is NOT an issue with the Skyconnect devices - only the ZBT-1 branded devices contain this faulty component. In short, what this means is if you have a ZBT-1 device you can contact your seller to coordinate your replacement device. Replacement devices are expected to begin shipping in November.
