Look around a bit more. 4th gen is the lowesr I can recommend but you gotta pick what you have available.
I like your find. I would jump on it. I would check if it has UEFI Bios, though, if you want to run bare metal HA. Otherwise you will need to do a Virtual Machine or container set-up.
