Zwave Devices not updating status in HA when switched/triggered manually. Many Devices HAOS / Zooz

Hi, I’m running Proxmox HAOS and all of my Z-wave devices are working fine except for when I toggle them manually. Mainly all of my light switches, if they are ON, and I turn them OFF via the paddle, in HA Overview they still show ON. Not sure what is going one, it’s more than one device. I tried reinterviewing, excluding and repairing, still same. I see there the Logbook it recognizes the manual paddle press be it on/off dimmer up/down - but doesn’t reflect in HA Overview. FYI - it's not just one device is many of my zwave swithces.

I’m using HS-WD100+ connected via 800 Series LR Zooz. Everything has the latest updates.

Also - any time i "reinterview" a device, i lose the Manufacturer Name and Model Info and only way to get that back is to exclude and re-include

Then you can turn on debug logging to see if any other messages are coming in: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zwave_js/#how-do-i-access-the-z-wave-logs

If you don't see any messages for Multilevel Switch Report then your issue lies with the device. Other possibility is the Lifeline association is not set, which is where status reports are sent. To check that you need to switch to Z-Wave JS UI.

Thanks, i'll try above - I also was looking for help in Redit, and someone mentioned I need to use Zwave JS UI add on. I added it but don't see any of my devices.

Read the docs, https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zwave_js/#whats-the-benefit-of-using-z-wave-js-ui-add-on, others' comments and choose for yourself. ZUI has more features.
