Hello. New HA user here. HA Green. Literally can’t even set the thing up. It took about an hour on the initial setup page and nothing was happening, so I refreshed the app. It acted as if it had set up successfully, so I continued. I’m literally stuck again now on the next step… create an account! None of the buttons in the app do anything. Hangs after inputting info to create an account and the “Help” button doesn’t even do anything. What am I doing wrong here? Does this app just suck?

And now it managed to make an account but didn’t allow capital letters. I had to guess by trial and error. No warning stating that was the case. Now, the location will not update to anything other than Amsterdam.
I have manually entered my location and it shows properly under location history, however my “home” is still showing on Amsterdam.
