I want to use my old Galaxy S5 as my living room dashboard. When I type the address and press enter it says can't connect and error code -6. On Windows and newer Android devices it works fine. Also, I tested both 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks. With the server's (my old laptop's) IP it doesn't work either. There is no private dns enabled on the phone. I read these articles https://community.home-assistant.io/t/cant-connect-to-home-assistant-from-old-android-tablet/401543, https://community.home-assistant.io/t/unable-to-connect-to-home-assistant-home-assistant-android-app/590021/1, https://community.home-assistant.io/t/web-browser-wont-connect-to-home-assistant-with-android-devices/693696, https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/iiezfe/android_app_unable_to_connect_to_home_assistant/, https://community.home-assistant.io/t/unable-to-connect-android/405279

if you cannot use a browser to login on the same mobile device then that needs to be solved first. May have to do with #1284966540617449515
