I searching of a zigbee sensor has temp, lux, humidity and soil moisture and conductivity. Have any one a tip ?

As Tinkerer said, you’re not going to find an all-in-one. Zigbee soil moisture sensors are rare (if you can find any at all). Apollo Automation just came out with their PLT-1 sensor that does moisture, temp, lux and humidity.
