hi, something happened when I tried to sign up for Nabu Casa, and I got an email that said I wasn't able to start a free trial. Can somebody help me with this?

thank you! I was able get the connection working. Question: is connecting a subdomain available during a trial? ATM I'm not able to validate in spite of adding the correct DNS entries.
