How do I make a section span the entire width of the screen?

I have a sections panel with a width of 1 and I'd like to have all of the sections stacked on top of each other but take up the full width of the screen.

So if a section has 1 card that entire card should stretch across the width of the screen. Or if there are 2 then they should each take up half of the screen. I'm fine having to define the section width myself manually
