#Smart Night Lamp

Might be easiest to just get a standard lamp and a smart wall socket like this: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/CMA30035.html
Integrate your ClickSmart+ CMA30035 via Zigbee2MQTT with whatever smart home infrastructure you are using without the vendor's bridge or gateway.
I've only seen smart nightlights from 3rd reality, and I don't believe they operate in the UK at all.
Maybe a Smart Plug with RBG?

No idea if this individial one has an integration, just an idea.
I am looking for an RGB version of what you are talking about.
The Australian version of this says its Tuya so that might be ok.
I feel like that style of design is probably not going to be common in the UK because of limits in the regulations about the width of a plug so as not to interfere with adjacent sockets. this is why most will be with the light only attached to the top of the plug.
looks like a bad shelly clone.
also... Tuya bad!
It lists the specs multiple times and they are all different. some of which make no sense.
It literally says in the marketing to not let children touch it because it gets hot.
There are various other things in this description that make me think that this is dangerous as all hell.
To be fair I think you randomly searched for something that fit the description of something you were thinking of...
But in any case, Nobody should buy that device.
That's spot on. A quick google for something that was the right general shape as a proof of concept.
As an aside, I have avoided tuya stuff, but I thought they mostly ran on esp chips, making them easy to reflash.
Some can be reflashed and some cant. More and more cant these days. They blow the internal fuse to prevent flashing.
That's a shame.
