Hello i have a quiestion, Im new to HA and im wondering how safe is it? ( i have not did any portforwarding YET all local ) I want to port forward but sins there are cameras on my dashboard and some personal info im asking myself is it safe?

It is as safe as you make it. Things like strong passwords, good network security, etc all apply. HA in and of itself is very safe and using something like Nabu Casa is safe as well (no having to open external ports or setup firewall rules).

If you create the user demo with password demo and no MFA then it'll be insecure.
With strong passwords (password manager), MFA, etc then you'll be fine
