Hi
I have some problem with zigbee plugs turning off 'on its own'.

I’ve search in here but didn't find anything

I searched on the net and seems I'm not the only one but can't get a fix to work.
I’ve tried to update the firmware with the below info ..

i have HA :
• core 2024.8.0 (installing 2024.9.3 atm)
• HA OS 12.4 (installing 13.1 atm)
• I'm Using ZHA

Zigbee TUYA Plugs
Model: TS011F (NOUS A1Zs)
manufacturer _TZ3000_2putqrmw
manufacturer id : 4417
current file version 192

Model: TS011F (Lidl - HG08673)
manufacturer: _TZ3000_ynmowqk2
manufacturer id: 4417
current file version 192 (was 77 before update)

configuration.yaml
zha:
#database_path: /config/zigbee.db
enable_quirks: true
custom_quirks_path: /config/zha/quirks/
zigpy_config:
ota:
otau_directory: /config/zigpy_ota
ikea_provider: true

OTA file : https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee-OTA/blob/master/index.json
I’ve took the file where "modelId": "TS011F" and saw file version in ZHA increase

To format your text as code, enter three backticks on the first line, press Enter for a new line, paste your code, press Enter again for another new line, and lastly three more backticks.
```yaml
example: here
```
Don't forget you can edit your post rather than repeatedly posting the same thing.

What does the Logbook show?

the 10:27 is the problematic one .. no manual push has been done

(i've just done a automation ... if it goes off .. turn back on)

That's happened outside of HA

#

So, a setting in the device most likely

#

(or somebody operating it locally)

I'm alone in the house .. plug is behind a wall .. no one can touch it ( no object neither)

Same problem here with TS011F. This is a multi plug extension with four mains sockets and a block of USB sockets. All turn off simultaneously and the logs just show "xx turned off" for each socket. Started recently - I'm tempted to say "since the last update", but everyone always does... Last nearby change was a Bluetooth proxy plugged into one of the USB sockets. Interference?

I will say that power monitoring and Zigbee aren't good combinations, the mesh can have (major) problems

magic nest

But the new models are so thick it blocks the wall socket next to it if its a 2x socket

#

Very annoying....

Basically makes them not very useable for me
