I have two Namron Zigbee Dimmers that I have in HA using Z2M. For one of the dimmers the state isnt changing in HA any longer when I press the button on the wall. It works well to turn on off with the wall switch as well as from HA, but the button press doesnt generate a status change. The other dimmers is working fine and both of them used to be working fine. Any ideas on where I can start the troubleshooting?

That sounds to me like a bad switch, failed mechanical components.
Is there any indication that HA sees button pushes from it?
Often the front panel inside has an internal connector to another circuit board inside.
I would start by buying a replacement and actually replacing it, then take the old one apart to see if you can fix it as a spare.
