Can not change my email on Nabucasa Account Portal

I'm trying to switch my gmail email to something else.

Need more tags to select from. Request is related to Account

it is an alias email that I've created from ProtonMail

typically their alias email format is : [e-mail]

As Nabu Casa does not ask for payment method for trials, temporary email addresses are rejected by the system. This filtering extends to changing existing email addresses as well. You would need to DM me here or submit a ticket to have this change succeed
