Is this even possible? I tried to find a similar product to the Skyconnect Zigbee Adapter, but couldn't.

There are Z-Wave sticks from Aeotec or Zooz, which can be used to integrate Z-Wave devices into HA.
A Z-Wave version of the Connect sticks is planned, but not released yet.
The channel #1284966617670881350 with the "Z-Wave" and "Recommendation" tag can help to find a good Z-Wave stick in your area (it needs to be the right one - there are regional frequency differences)
