I have a "sensor.outdoor_panel_wifi_signal_strength" sensor that reports signal strength, which goes up and down quite a bit. How do i turn this into a automation if the value is not updating for a while?

but these cases are quite specific. on or off etc. im talking about a sensor that constantly reports different numeric values.
