I want to use this in battery mode, so my questions are:

Can I…?

  1. Have someone push the button and i get a notification on my iPhone to immediately view the video stream?
  2. Have Home Assistant automatically reply with a voice message through it, and,
  3. have it flash the lights when someone has pressed that button?
  4. Allow me to respond from my phone with text to speech.

All without requiring a cloud account.

Thanks, I'll give that a watch. I notice that most reviews about it a year ago aren't as good as well, a year later, so I strongly suspect that integration has improved.

Looks like Secure Video is now possible in HA but wasn't at the time of that youtube video.
