Cant access other dashboards or settings in APP

Hello everyone, I'm fairly new to the Home Assistant and have now integrated my balcony power station into it for a while.
Now I'd like to start doing a bit more in terms of sensors and switches.
I would also like to use the whole thing in the app, but unfortunately I have the problem that I can only see the overview dashboard there and can't go to any other menu.
The arrow at the top left has no function. I can only search and edit the dashboard using the 3 dots on the right.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong here? Everything looks fine on the PC in the browser.

That looks like a custom dashboard with the Subview option ticked. Edit the dashboard and turn it off.

Yes, that was the problem. I commented it out in the editor.
How did that get there and what exactly is it?

It is designed for when you have sub dashboards. So I have a main dashboard and when you click on some items, for example the short weather summary, it takes you to a detailed dashboard with weather. If you edit the dashboard title the tick box is there.
