#Frigate Install Help

I'm very lost, how should I go by installing Frigate?

I have a decent server, i'm currently running Win Serv 2022 with VMWare running Home Assistant. I understand that Frigate via HA is unconventional because of GPU. I'm really bad with CLI btw.
Could someone offer any suggestions??
