fully kiosk browser. it has issues lately. it seems to refresh the dash almost everytime the screen comes on and just seems sluggish. my main point is id prefer to run the ha app but have fully in the background. i mainly only want to keep the fact it adds my tablet as a media player. i tried browser mod but it slowed everything to a crawl

it will refresh any time you make changes to thedashboard or anything, the browser mod should function with the media entity just as you want from the app. if you have issues with that aspect I suggest posting another topic soly on that intergration and your issue but running multiple applications making multiple connections from one device to HA is silly and will cause lag
