Looks like Sengled Zigbee would work (except for zwave which I fine with). No 3rd party hub required, no app required, controls within HA, just need a Zigbee dongle. Am I missing something here?
You really should specify what country you're in when asking these sort of questions.
Assuming the USA, and if WiFi+Matter is acceptable, LIFX's new outdoor ones look nice:

The LIFX SuperColor Flood Light is the smart LIFX PAR light for indoors and outdoors. Can this light be a Can Light? Yes, it can. Can it be a Flood Light? Yes, it can. Can it change millions of colors? Yes, it can. Can it take rain, hail or shine? Yes, siree it can. The LIFX SuperColor Flood Light is a modern, powerful
Do I have to download the LIFX app? Or do they work with HA+Matter integration?
I wasn't clear on that, but apparently the Home Assistant app can do it?

I should have specified I was looking for A19 style. Sorry about that
I feel like that is going to complicate your search
Of course if it's going in some sort of enclosed light fixture, indoor models should be fine
But for things actually meant to go outside in the weather, you'll find that PAR style bulbs are the majority
Yeah that’s what I gathered from my search. Just ordered some a19 matter bulbs for enclosures
anything WIZ will connect direct to Matter Beta in HA as far as A19 it is all plastic I have put these outdoor without issue
Just installed some Orein matter bulbs today outside. Working well so far
Having a hard time finding BR20 RGBW matter bulbs @tender timber @chrome spoke
Phillips makes BR20 and not Wiz same company but Wiz bulbs are matter and onboard direct. Phillips bulbs need the hue’s hub.
Orein bulbs onboard “Add New Device” directly to Matter without other hubs/apps? (Just like Wiz…)
