I am looking for outdoor RGB light bulbs that easily integrate into HA. I prefer z-wave, not to use an external app, and bulb control must function without external internet access. Eventually I would also set these bulbs setup on smart switches (i.e. ZEN32).

Looks like Sengled Zigbee would work (except for zwave which I fine with). No 3rd party hub required, no app required, controls within HA, just need a Zigbee dongle. Am I missing something here?

But for things actually meant to go outside in the weather, you'll find that PAR style bulbs are the majority
