What are you using for TTS?
Are you talking about a Homepod?
I don't see how cloud TTS and an update to Apple devices are related
Yes, and do see it’s another problem. 2 (have 6) of my homepods suddenly aren’t available and they are detected as new devices. Strange!
So will set it up once more and believe that will resolve everything
