What SSL cert is that?
I don't know what that means...
I'm using it on my local wifi network
The Home Assistant certificate authority is not trusted
So.... what created the cert? Where did that come from?
HA doesn't do SSL itself, so you set something up
Are you familiar with CasaOs?
Cosmos cloud is something similar to that and I installed home assistant via cosmos
Right... that cluster fuck strikes again
TL/DR: CasaOS is a pain
Whatever is creating the SSL certs is your problem - the CasaOS Discord can hopefully help
Oh ok Thanks
This is the info I got from the Cosmos cloud discord:
yes it creates or get a certificate via ACME, and then serves it along side the route. Ask them if HA Android accepts self signed certificates
yes the app accepts self signed certificates but you have to import them yourself into android https://companion.home-assistant.io/docs/troubleshooting/faqs/#using-a-self-signed-certificate-leads-to-a-blank-page-in-android you may need to import the CA if you continue to get the error.
