In looking at versions, my ISY is behind the latest patch version (5.3.0 vs. 5.3.4), so I'm upgrading the firmware. Mabye this means it'll work again for a few months before filling the upnp subscriptions again?

Well, I upgraded the ISY and HA didn't magically recover. So I've rebooted it again, we'll see what happens tomorrow.
