netamo smart lock

Hello I am having n issue with my netamo smartlock, and it was tell to me to post it there 🙂
my smart lock appears in home kit, with the lock activation button, but when i click on it, i got this warning in the log

Unfortunately some vendors like to add there own “security” on top of apples, which is hilarious how poor many of them are at physical security.

Anyway that means we can’t actually operate the lock without extra key material which we don’t have access to
