I'm sorry but I'm not following. Do you mean other templates in my configuration or do you mean if other integrations besides Multiscrape have the same problem?

I mean your platforms

your integration is mutliscrape, you then create a series of platforms like sensor, etc

I have no idea what causes the issue (since 2024.8), but I have a quick and dirty fix prepared, which I'll release before Wednesday in case there's is no more clarity.
