Reusing an rpi 3b that previously (yesterday) ran octoprint successfully.
Used imager from my WIN10 laptop to flash HAOS 12.4(?) onto the 16GB microSD
Browser (eventually) got me to the name/password screen, but stays there without change
With monitor, console shows repeated "Frame reassembly failed" errors. It appears the actual owner creation fails.
CLI works - the HA commands work as expected.
au list generates "User list []"

Retried using balena and a fresh download of 12.0, with exactly the same results.

I'm VERY new at linux, but a long time dos/3.11 etc. user and comfortable following commands, but don't even know where to start.
