On Android we leverage the existing framework within Android to commission Matter devices. In fact a device first will be added to an intermediate Google keychain fabric and from there to HA. This works the same on iOS. Onc ethe device is working in HA, we offer the option to remove that keychain fabric from the device if you dont want that.
