The error {"event": "COMMAND_NOT_ALLOWED", "state": "disarmed", "command": "DISARM"} is telling you that you can’t disarm the alarm when it is already disarmed. In other words, take note of the commands and their respective conditions that Petro highlighted above.

Moral of the story . Do not use Dashboard and MQTT together .
