The fact that it does start up but then goes away then that is a bit odd. I would expect it works or it doesn't. Are you perhaps running out of disk space on your HA system, or maybe it's erroring out?

I just checked the dialog and it says RPi Power status problem was detected, does that matter?

I mean, the HA system was established on RPi, if a power problem was detected, the entire HA system shouldn't work, but it seems that only the bridge didn't work and I still can control all my devices on HA interface

It very well may, your rPi may be underpowered, it's not uncommon, and then you have all kinds of issues.

rPi is notorious for bad power adapters, only get a branded one. If you have your dongles on the USB ports then you are using too much power (get powered USB hubs for dongles), if you have a hard drive hanging off of it then you are using too much power.

It's possible, but not guaranteed. Are your dongles connected directly into your USB ports?

No, I just plugged in the power cable directly on RPi

That's not really what I was asking. Do you use any dongles - Z-Wave, Zigbee, bluetooth, etc? If ALL you have is a bare bones rPi + no accessories and are getting power errors then you need to get a new power adapter whether it fixes HomeKit or not, because yes that will fail. Low power might let the rPi run but it might create pauses in the running, those pauses may be why HK is unreliable. Impossible to know. I just know that I run 2 dozen HK servers on my HA and the only time I have a problem is if I let hard drive space run out.

And the Power Status keeps bouncing between problem and no problem, so I'm confused

That's what rPi does, bounces back and forth. I had an rPi do the same thing, updated the power and it was fine

Don't get a cheapo Amazon brick, get the one made for that device by the people who make it because those others can often be total trash
