guys, I have custom domain that I would like to use, but after I followed this documentation https://www.nabucasa.com/config/remote/#using-a-custom-domain, its just not working. I don't think my certificate is up to date with the newly added custom domain. So far, I was using the nabu.casa URL
I restarted HA for the certificate to be regenerated, as per mentioned into the documentation, but I don't believe it has been effective.
Where should I take a look now? Thanks in advance for the help
#Update HA Cloud with a custom domain name

After adding the custom domain in nabu.casa website and then clicking on the "validate" button, I get the ❌ button
The validation of the CNAME records failed
Try deleting the custom domain, restarting HA and adding it again.
@sharp saddle I don't even see the added domain
also, just for me to be completely sure; when creating the CNAME record on my end, where must it point to ?
Forget, I am silly 😄
To be fair, there might be issues. For a while now I get this warning in the logging (and another error saying it can't resolve the CNAME for my domain).
Logger: hass_nabucasa.cloud_api

First occurred: 16:40:28 (1 occurrences)
Last logged: 16:40:28
Fetched https://accounts.nabucasa.com/instance/resolve_dns_cname (400)
My domain is not listed in the certificate details anymore, but it still works for now 🤷
@sharp saddle are you able to ping your remote address? of this type --> xcvearqsfaezrefqsfaersqfqsf.ui.nabu.casa ?
