I don't need zigbee as I want to setup a thread or matter network.

Hi guys. When I unplug the Ethernet from my thin client (running Home Assistant with SkyConnect connected via USB), all my Zigbee devices lose connection. Is this normal behaviour? I would have thought that the SkyConnect should continue to function even when Home Assistant doesn't have network access?
