It may be that the simplest quick fix is to create a new user account when you enable the Log in option, rather than leaving it at the default

yup that fixed the delete user as well as the "Allow person to login" not working. I'll see if that fixes her issue tomorrow. thanks for the help and sorry for stealing the other chat.
