Today my custom domain name stopped working. Obviously the _acme-challenge resource record was missing in the DNS zone.

I recreated the custom domain name and created all needed CNAMEs. The verification was done while setting up the custom domain.

But unfortunately the custom domain is still not accessible and also the tls certificate was not recreated.

Is the missing SAN for my custom domain the reason why it is not accessible? If so, is there a way to force a re-issuing of the tls certificate?

Restarting HA is the step to make after validation. This would trigger it to validate or request the certificate
