As long as you don't mind it being a little laggy at times, since the Pi0 is less capable than most smart watches 😛

For both you want at least the Pi3 (not the A), but that's pushing it

Buy a Pi4, 2 GB or better

Pi3b at the minimum, but really you should be looking to a Pi4 2GB at the minimum
