One thing we would love help from product during beta/post-beta period is track and prioritize user feedback - what's requested often, what requests are reasonable and in line with the product goal. I try to watch Discord, Reddit, and forums.

As far as I can tell, Collapsible Section for tables is definitely one of the top requests currently.

As for (2), it's tricky because our Search here acts like Filter by Text, so I'd say no to resetting selection with new search queries.

(3) is even trickier because it's an backend architectural issue that will be challenging to solve, but we intend to look into it.

Awesome! Do you have any methodology for priorization of feedback already @fleet narwhal ? I love the way Product Board does this but it's a high price for something that can be done other ways, if you don't have a methodology already I'll think a bit on how can we do it the best!

We don't have a methodology yet. I collected a big list, sorted through them with perceived impact, and discussed feasibility/efforts with our engineers. This has been new for the past few months 🙂 Any suggestions are welcome!

Great! I'll think of something and will make the suggestions. What product board does is basically what you described in a structured way.

I think since HA is a collaborative project to have a collaborative input of the suggestions (ways for people to point to where the suggestions are made) and then people in charge of categorizing and priorizing the features.
