Not running ZHA here, but it's quite possible that you've picked values that are shooting you in the foot

Was there a reason you set those?

So far, that appears to be exactly correct. Pretty sure it came from this thread: https://community.home-assistant.io/t/zha-conbee-ii-source-routing/270711

Since I was running ezsp based controller, I added the source_routing in at least a year or two ago but maybe longer. Been running fine up until 2023.12 but anything past that would cause the error I mentioned above.

Prior to removing the source_routing you can see the buffer being eaten up over a 10 minute period:

I've since removed the source_routing and have been up and running for 30 minutes with the buffers still at, what appears to be nearly max, 243
